Ron, how do you describe what you do to someone you meet at a dinner party?
I'm a bit like a director in a play, but my actors are ambitious female founders and execs, and the stage is their business. I guide these incredible women in finding their authentic voice, scripting their narrative, and then speaking it out loud to connect with their audience and grow their businesses.
What are you known for?
My clients appreciate me for three things: understanding their brand deeply, tailoring engaging messaging that resonates with their audience, and finally, transforming their message and voice into an asset that drives growth.
What's the most rewarding part of your work?
There's nothing quite like the moment when a client finds her voice and sees the difference it makes in her business. When her audience starts to grow, engage, and convert - that's when I feel my job is well done.
What's your personal mantra?
I firmly believe in the mantra, 'Speak your truth, even if your voice shakes.' It's not always easy to share your authentic self, especially in the world of business. But I've found that when female founders genuinely communicate their vision and values, they create a resonant message that profoundly impacts their audience and business.
